DAMAGED SILL 1 OF 2: repaired rotted sill plate on historic residential house by cutting out damaged wood, securing rebar to foundation and inserting concrete under remaining sill and floor joists, water proofing with aluminum flashing tape (under concrete), rubberized roof paint and spray foam insulation.

DAMAGED SILL 2 OF 2: Fabricated new door sill from solid 4 x 12 pressure treated pine, painted surfaces with Sherwin Williams Tread Plex industrial acrylic paint  followed by color-matched Porch and Floor Enamel and sealed with OSI commercial sealant.  Cornwall, NY

LEAKING VINTAGE SHOWER 1 OF 3: Carefully removed vintage tiles from leaking shower, cut out damaged wood. 

LEAKING VINTAGE SHOWER 2 OF 3: Repaired with Hardie Backer and waterproofed with Schulter Kerdi and Mapei Aqua Defense membranes. 

LEAKING VINTAGE SHOWER 3 OF 3: Carefully removed old grout and mastic from the vintage tiles and reset and grouted.  Congers, NY
